We decided after church to take the kids over to the Detroit Zoo since we're pretty close now. We had such a fun day! We spent a lot of time in the Reptile house and the Amphibian House. To which they said "Mammy probably would be grossed out!". We had a fun family day and just enjoyed being together.

What beautiful weather for your outing! We have been mentioning the Detroit Zoo recently. How long did it take you to go through the place? How much is it per person to get in? I'm thinking next summer we'll check it out, I know Laurie wants to go to!
It took us about 4 hours to go through the whole thing. We went through some exhibits really fast too.
It cost more than we wanted to spend. $11.00 per adult and 7 per kid. But, it was a special one time a summer thing so we did it anyway.
