Boyne and Beyond (Vacation Part 2)

James III had a conference for Michigan City and Township Managers at Boyne. We got to go along with him! It was fun. On Wednesday, Hannah's birthday, we went to Avalanche Bay. Hannah's favorite thing was the lazy river and James' was the surf machine. Evan slept most of the day. In his stroller. What a good baby.

The next day we went to Petoskey for the afternoon. It was chilly for Evan but the kids had fun looking for Petoskey stones and making sand castles.
I just loved this picture. No posing just being themselves. That little brother of hers sure gets a lot of kisses :) She's a great big sister.

We came home Friday after an evening of swimming, a BBQ, a hayride and bonfire with the other managers and their families. They do this every year someplace different and we always have a great time. The other families have become good friends of ours. It sure is nice to be home though. 3 kids and 2 adults in one hotel room is a bit much :)

You sure have gotten some good pictures of the 3 kids together this summer! Little James is just as scrawny as Adam is, you can count his ribs!

Glad you had a good time, summer just isn't long enough for all these fun activities!

We were up at Young State Park during that time. Were you there when they had the Cartoon Network's Get Animated Tour? I hope that you enjoyed the weather and enjoyed the sunshine. Loved the picture of Hannah and Evan. James looks older all of the sudden. They are really growing up fast. Enjoy the rest of July!

Summer Vacations! Love them!!

Our family has a great time at avalanche bay.

Got to love the beach. Nothing feel like summer more than sand between the toes.
