It's been a while since I have updated about the Ann Arbor house. Most days it would be nice just to forget about it.
I told James I was going to call on my blogging buddies for some prayer. :)
We had an offer on the A2 house. BIG news to us!! It's actually and offer we'd like to accept too. Only one thing is standing in our way of saying OK. The offer is less than what it's listed for. Which we expected, but we have to come up with a significant amount of money to pay off what we still owe on the home. A loan for the amount would be worth it to be relieved of the payment. 3 years of payments on an empty home is worse than a loan at this time.
Please pray for wisdom for us to know how to finance this. Without having the home as equity, it's hard to get an unsecured loan. Pray that just as God has been leading so clearly in everything else, we will have clear direction on our next step.

When we sold our house on Benjamin we had to pay a significan amount as well. But it sure is worth it to not find crack pipes laying in your front lawn anymore.
So TRUE! We know it's worth it, just to get rid of it. It will be such a relief.
