Things I'm Thankful For - Day 2

Day 2

MY KIDS!

Of course! I have been so blessed to be a mom since the day I was married. Some may see this as "baggage" or that it would be hard to be with someone else's kids every day (minus 3 or 4 a month). I guess that's why God called me to be their step mom. He prepared me and made these kids to be kids from my heart. I find it a true privilege to help raise these precious kids. Then there is Evan. Our addition that completes our family, for now. All the kids love each other so much and I love them so much!!!

James IV - He is our sweet tender boy. Always looking out for others feelings first before thinking of himself. He is a thinker and planner. He remembers everything! His best quality is that he truly wants to obey God. I pray daily that he remains in God's Word each day and grows to be a man that is tender to the things of the Lord. He will do great things one day and I pray the Lord leads him in all of them.

Hannah - She is so loving and organized! Yep, organized. She keeps us all in order. She also loves unconditionally and accepts everyone for who they are. We love praying together and she gets so excited when she realizes God answered her prayer, no matter the answer. I pray for her that she will always see the excitement of our God. She will be a very dynamic woman someday. I pray she finds a wonderful Godly husband and continues her strong love of the Lord.

Evan - Our little Bubby. That's short for Chubby Bubby. Of course he's the smartest most fascinating baby ever. But what mother doesn't think that right? Truly though he is so bright, intelligent and somewhat sneaky :) He gets into everything! He is very rarely unhappy. He is SO HAPPY! I pray that someday he trusts in Christ and follows Him.

All our kids are so smart, and wonderful. I can't thank the Lord enough for the gift that He gave me in them.

Awww, Pam you are such a good mom. It makes me want to come over and sit on your lap and have you read a book to me. Would Evan get jealous?
