We also spent a morning at the National Zoo. I really enjoyed that. A nice stroll in a place that ALL the kids loved. Evan had a ball making all sorts of animal sounds. :)

D.C. Trip Part 2
We also had the opportunity to visit a few of the Smithsonian Museums. We didn't have time to go through them in detail, but the Museum of Natural History and the National Air and Space Museum were definite favorites.
We also spent a morning at the National Zoo. I really enjoyed that. A nice stroll in a place that ALL the kids loved. Evan had a ball making all sorts of animal sounds. :)

How are the kids doing now that they're back at home again? That was a lot of traveling and a lot to see in a short amount of time. Wasn't the DC bus the best thing...I loved jumping on and jumping off without having to worry about directions.
The kids are great and busy! They immediately went outside to play on Saturday for hours! They did it again on Sunday too. Kids. They don't get exhausted like me.
Evan just smiles and smiles when he gets to sleep in his own bed :)
