Every Day Life
Not much going on here but everyday life. Even in everyday life I am reminded daily to "work as unto the Lord". This verse from Colossians has been on my heart for a week or so now. Sometimes in every day life it's easy to lose sight that our work is for the Lord. Laundry for the Lord? Yes, in all things we are working for Him. Not to make the whites white, so the kids look good at school. (Oh Jen, I found Rust Out. Thank you!) In all things please our Lord first. Yes, work is a necessity for life, puts food on our table, but at the same time it is an act of service to our King. I pray that as I continue to go through my everyday life that I am always reminded to work as unto the Lord.

Oh Pam, i can totally relate to you, being home most of the time and all. I think I need to read a little Colossians tonight.:)

I tried to post this earlier but something went wrong...oh well. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the reminder Pam! I mean so many times I get bothered by work things that really don't matter in the long run..you know. I need to just remember who the real BOSS is.
